The beautiful journey to the Nar and Phu valley in the Annapurna region is one of a kind. These two valley combines some of the best blend of nature and ethnic group of eastern Nepal. Nar and Phu Valley are inhabitated by the Lama as well as Tibetan people and with their own unique tradition and lifestyle- untainted by the modern world, it is one of the must experience place. Since this is a restricting trekking area, we need special trekking permit to walk on this uncharted land. Happyland Treks will take care of the paper works while you enjoy this beautiful journey.
Some of the major attraction for this tour are the yak pastures, narrow canyons, deep forest, beautiful rock formation and the ancient monasteries. Much of the villages have only been recently visited by the trekkers and this is because of this isolation that they are able to retain their culture. This teahouse trek takes us to the Tashi Lhakhang Gompa as well as several other villages.
The mountains, as every other treks, steals the show. Annapurna Range, Mt. Dhaulagiri(8,167m) and Mt. Kanchenjunga(6,993m) are ever present in this beautiful journey. The most challenging part in this trek would be the Kang La(5,315m). We reach this pass after the rocky walk through alpine lands. The view is fantastic and worth some great shots.
