Food on Everest Base Camp Trek
You can get all kinds of food in famous towns like Namche Bazaar. However, as usual you will only find foods like Tibetan bread, Chapatti, Toast with jam or honey, French toast, Pancakes, Porridge, Boiled or fried egg, potatoes, simple breakfast, etc. for breakfast. For lunch, you will most probably find spaghetti or Rice, Dahl and potatoes or meat if you want non-veg.
