There are only a few places where you can charge your electronic devices in the trail to EBC. Furthermore, it will cost you to charge your device in guesthouses and hotels. However, if you carry a large capacity power bank with you, it will last you almost for the whole trip.

Avoid non-veg food In the high mountains

Meat dishes in the Himalayas are not really fresh and hygienic because it not available fresh meat, All the meat items in the mountains are in deep freeze for a long time. So, we recommend you to have eaten more vegetables and hide the mean over 3200m.
