The long yet beautiful hike beside the Dudh Koshi river will help us enter the great Sagarmatha National Park. This is when we will be experiencing the beauty of the park alongside the flora and faunas of this park. In addition, we will also be reaching the suspension Hillary bridge. As we come toward the end of the day we tend to give the last hike to Namche bazaar for around 2:30 hrs. on a steep hill. When we finally reach Namche Bazaar, we get the first glance of the Mighty Everest at a distance.

Day 4ACCLIMATIZATION DAY AND HIKE TO EVEREST VIEW HOTEL

Altitude: 3,440m/11,283ft.

Trekking is surely a fun thing to do. But often fun things also can be challenging. While trekking, one of the greatest challenges that people tend to face is altitude sickness. While trekking, acclimatization is one of the most essential things that must be considered for a successful and safe journey ahead. For you to adapt to this new environment and altitude we tend to take a day’s rest at Namche Bazaar. But we won’t be giving up a day on our already short trip. Instead, we will be finding alternatives to redeem this to the fullest.

You could keep yourself occupied for most of the day by hiking to interesting places in this area. Places like Khumjung or a two-hour hike to Everest View Hotel would be a great way to acclimatize and enjoy the day. Moreover, Namche bazaar being the last shopping destination you could also buy some supplies in this area. Thus, another great thing to do is to visit the Tenzing Norgay Memorial to pay respect., as he was the first person to summit Mount Everest along with Sir Edmund Hillary on 29 May 1953.

Day 5NAMCHE BAZZAR TO TENGBOCHE

Altitude: 3,880/12,729ft

The day begins with an early morning trek on a flat surface and a bit of uphill until we reach kyangjuma. The intense hours of the day will bring up challenging paths and test us to our limits. There is also a bit of downhill where we tend to cross a suspension bridge.

Moreover, at the end of the day, we tend to do a hard climb of about 2:30 hrs. to reach Tengboche. Moreover, during this day we will be enjoying many things, the glorious view of the great Himalayan range you used to listen about is now in front of your eyes.

Everest trip tour and travel was by no means an easy trip. Therefore, we tend to face another hard day. The trail from Tengboche to Dingboche is a mixture of a little downhill and a whole load of uphill. At the beginning of the day, we tend to walk on a flat and downhill surface. But similarly, to the other days, once we get into the intense hour of the day, we tend to face more challenging and uphill paths.

The day begins as we move alongside the Imja Khola and its trail. This trail of this beautiful river takes us to Pangboche village. In addition, this village is known as the biggest settlement of Sherpas at this altitude and in the Khumbu region. Moreover, we take a small break there and continue to hike up to Dingboche for the day. At the end of the day, before reaching Dingboche, we tend to pass a Landslide area, cautiously and carefully. Moreover, when reaching Dingboche, the first thing you get to see is the mesmerizing view of the great Mount Amadablam. This sight wraps our day when we spend the night there.

When going on a trek of about 14 days which is quite long and an altitude of such height, we can’t risk enough so we will be getting a second day of acclimatization in Dingboche. For your safety and well being this is essential. This makes your body prepared for the upcoming altitude and environment.

However, similarly, as the last acclimatization day, we won’t be letting yet another day go to waste. Therefore, there are a lot of things that you could do to make this day yet another beautiful one. Moreover, activities such as visiting stupas and trekking to Chhukung village(4730m) would be another great destination to make this day a success. Therefore, another hike to the base camp of Nangkar Tshanf peak(5083) would be another great way to spend the day, However, we get back by the evening, returning to Dingboche and spending the night there.

Therefore, this is when the hard part of the trek starts. Moreover, we tend to climb for about 1:30 hrs. which will take us to the high hills. Moreover, this is where there are the Sherpas memorial climbers where tributes are paid to the lost souls of the brave Sherpas who have lost their life trekking and hiking throughout the years. After a climb of about 3 hours, we will be reaching Kala Patthar.

Moreover, here we will be getting amazing views of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Changtse, and Lhotse shining brightly through the rays of the sun.
