Purified water, shower and battery charge

Moreover, For the camera/mobile battery we always hope you bring some extra batteries if possible. Therefore, you can have a Mobile/Camera Battery charge. In addition, for almost every tea house and the places where you stay at night. Therefore, it costs 200 – 500 per battery charge. 

During the Trek in almost every village, you will have boiled clean drinking water, a bottle of water, and hot water for the drink which costs from 70 – 500 rupee per liter on where you are. 

A cold shower is free but we do not want cold showers during the trek because it is too cold up there. That is to say, it’s better to have a hot shower which is possible by Gas hot water or Hot Bucket water and prices start from 100 – 500 rupee per head.[/show_more]

Itinerary of Nepal Trekking & Hiking to Annapurna

Day 1Arrival in Kathmandu.

Arrival in Kathmandu transferred to hotel preparation for trekking and overnight in Kathmandu. (1400m).

Day 2Kathmandu to Pokhara.

Kathmandu to Pokhara by tourist bus and overnight in Pokhara (820m). approximately 6-7 hrs. drive.

Day 3Pokhara to Ulleri

Pokhara to Nayapul by private transport 1: 20.hrs and trek to Ulleri (2010m) approximately 6-7hrs.

Day 4Ulleri to Ghorepani

Trek Ulleri to Ghorepani (2874m) approximately 3-4 hrs.

Day 5Ghorepani to Poon Hill to Tadapani

Trek Ghorepani to Poon-Hill (3210m) to Tadapani (2630m) Early in the morning hike uphill to the Poon hill (approximately 1 hrs) to see the sunrise view and Annapurna Himalayan range include the world’s 7th height mountain Dhaulagiri (8167.m) after enjoying the view downhill to the Ghorepani and breakfast after breakfast trek to Tadapani. Approximately 5-6 hrs.

Day 6Tadapani to Jhuni Danda Hot Spring

Trek Tadapani to Jhinu Danda (1780m) Hot-Spring. Approximately 6-7hrs. In Jhinu Danda we can chill and relax in the small hot pool.

Day 7Jhinu Danda to Ghandruk Village

Trek Jhinu Danda to Ghandruk (1940m). approximately 4 hrs. Ghandruk is one of the biggest towns and local villages. We can explore High school, Heli pad, Tibetan place, Local Museum, Local gurung dress up, etc.

Day 8Ghandruk Village to Kimron Danda, Lunch cooking with local beneficiaries

Trek Ghandruk Village to Kimron Danda (2100m) approximately 2:30hrs. Today we will make our own lunch with local goods at a little cozy tea house in Kimron Danda. With a great view of Annapurna mountains and green hills and forest all around.

Day 9Trek Kimron Danda to Pokhara

Trek Kimron Danda to Nayapul (1070m) via Ghandruk Village approximately 7-8 hrs. From Nayapul by private transport to Pokhara (820m) approximately 1:20 hrs. and overnight in Pokhara.

10 DayPokhara to Kathmandu

Lastly, Pokhara to Kathmandu (1400m) by tourist bus. approximately 6-7 hrs drive. Overnight in Kathmandu.

11 DayDeparture to international airport.

To sum up, Departure to the international airport or if you have a few days extra in Kathmandu you can relax, do shopping, sight, etc.

Do I need training for Nepal Trekking & Hiking to Annapurna

However, many people suffer from mild symptoms of AMS (ACUTE MOUNTAIN SICKNESS)
In addition, Alight headache, and loss of eating. And disturbed sleep may occur when getting AMS. If you notice any of these symptoms do not continue to climb. Therefore, stay where you are or go down to get oxygen.

Hace – High Altitude Cerebral Edema (increment in the size of the brain)
Hape – High Altitude Pulmonary Edema (fluids in the lungs)


Firstly, hard rough head pain, difficulty breathing, confused thinking, and loss of eating. Therefore, sudden breathing or hard to breather, vomiting and coughing up pink. In addition, brown or white cough is the sound of liquid in the lungs. Moreover, Blueness of face and lips, not wanting to do anything. Rough cough. Or Frequent increased heart rate (110 per minute)
Prevention:- Therefore, Drink plenty of water (not alcoholic drinks) and eat fruit – especially when crossing high passes.
