Day 1: Kathmandu Arrival
Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal, you’ll be greeted by our team with a warm traditional welcome. Our representative will transfer you to your hotel for check-in. On the first day, you will relax and recover from your journey. You can also take an evening walk around the streets of Thamel, which is known for its vibrant atmosphere and a variety of shops and whatnot.
Day 2: Kathmandu to Sundarijal Drive and Trek to Mulkharka
After a good breakfast, you will embark on a scenic drive to Sundarijal, the starting point of our trek. Sundarijal is just 10km North-East of the Thamel area. Moreover, from Sundarijal, the trek begins leading us through lush greenery charming villages, and pristine landscapes. The destination for the day is Mulkharka, which will take you about 3 hours. You’ll spend the night in Mulkharaka. In the evening, experience a soothing yoga session surrounded by nature.
Day 3: Mulkharka to Chisapani
The Yoga Trekking in Nepa continues as we navigate through the dense forest blooming in rhododendron( spring season). Chisapani is the destination for the day and will take you about 6 hours of trek. Moreover, Chisapani is best known for its panoramic views of the Himalayan range. The mediation class continues in the evening, enhancing the overall experience.
Day 4: Chisapani to Chauki Bhanjyang and Drive to Kathmandu
The destination for the day will the Chauki Bhanjyang and then back to Kathmandu. The beauty of nature continues to surround us, as we move toward Chauki Bhanjyang, which is a small village located just at the highway. From there you will drive back to Kathmandu. You get to spend the evening with the team and reflect on your experience. Sharing stories and creating memories with the team.
Day 5: Kathmandu – Rest, Chill, and Shopping
Taking a well-deserved break in Kathmandu after a taxing trek always feels good. Today you can roam around Kathmandu to explore more of the city’s cultural sites. Moreover, you can go Shopping around Thamel for souvenirs. Moreover, there will be a rejuvenating yoga session to unwind this day. If you want you can also have a yoga session in the evening.
Day 6: Departure or Stay Longer
As the sixth day arrives, Yoga Trekking in Nepal officially comes to an end. You will have the option to stay longer in this beautiful city and continue to chase beautiful places with us.
