Prevention

Everest Base Camp Trek Itinerary
Day 1: Flight from Singapore to Kathmandu, Tribhuvan international airport. (Which is about 5-6 hrs. flight.) Land at Kathmandu airport and transfer to your hotel.
Day 2: Kathmandu to Ramechhap by drive and flight to Lukla. And trek to Phakding. 3-4 hrs.
Day 3: Trek Phakding to Namche Bazaar. 3-4 hrs.
Day 4: Acclimatization and hike to Everest view hotel 3880m.
Day 5: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche. 5-6 hrs.
Day 6: Tengboche to Dingboche. 6-7 hrs.
Day 7: 2nd Accilimazations day in Dingboche hiking a few hundred meters and resting.
Day 8: Dingboche to Lobuche. 5-6 hrs.
Day 9: Lobuche to Gorakshep, And Everest Base Camp 5364m enjoying the Everest base camp, back to Gorakshep for overnight.
Day 10: Early morning hike uphill to Kala Patthar back to Gorakshep breakfast and trek to Somare or Pangboche.
The Day 11: Pangboche trek to Namche Bazaar. 6-7 hrs.
Day 12: Namche to Lukla. 7-8 hrs. The last day in the Himalayas: On the Day 13: From Lukla to Ramechhap by flight and drive to Kathmandu.
Day 14: Kathmandu rest Day.
Day 15: Departure to the international airport.
