What to Expect

About 16 days of a challenging and exciting adventure journey to Manaslu trekking. You will need to prepare to walk for a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 8 hours a day. Which variety of terrain, including high-suspension bridges, rocky paths, steps uphill and down hills, valleys, etc., and learn more about Buddhist culture.

Arrival in Kathmandu transfer to hotel preparation for trekking and overnight in Kathmandu. (1400m)

Kathmandu free day trekking preparation and rest.

Drive from Kathmandu to Baseri or Sotikhola. by local bus (700m) and overnight at local. approximately 7-8 hrs. drive.

Trek Sotikhola to Macchakhola. (900m) approximately 5-6 hrs.

Trek Macchakhola to Jagat. (1340m) approximately 5-6 hrs.

Trek Jagat to Deng. (1860m) approximately 7-8 hrs.

Trek Deng to Namrung. (2630m) approximately 6-7 hrs.

Trek Namrung to Lhogaun. (3180m) approximately 8-9 hrs.

Trek Lhogaun to Samagaun. (3520m) approximately 6-7 hrs.

Acclimatization day at Samagaun. Sightseeing around the town like the monastery and gompa and Hiking to Birendra lake 3691m. (about 2-3 hrs.) or Manaslu Base Camp 4800m. (about 7-8 hrs. by packing lunch.

Trek Samagaun to Samdo (3875m) approximately 3-4 hrs.

Trek Samdo to Dharmasala. (4460m) approximately 5 hrs.

Trek Dharmasala via Larkya La Pass (5160m) to Bhimtang. (3590m) approximately 8-9 hrs.

Trek Bhimtang to Dharapani. (1970m) approximately 8-9 hrs.

By transport from Dharapani to Kathmandu via Besisahar.
